This essay does incorporate quotations from scholarly sources that seem credible and relevant. A personalized reading of the poem is also presented and elaborated on very well. Furthermore, the interpretation given does not seem too stretched from the actual text and the connection that is attempting to be made was explained somewhat well. The biggest concern with the piece is the lack of focus on the specific connection trying to be made. There were some ideas written about that did not help move the paper towards the goal of the thesis. Otherwise I think the formatting and style of the essay was correctly and well done.
