1. The report offers a basic view of the #HeadStart and not a indepth view of the topic. A revision to improve this is to talk more about what the data actually shows instead of assuming that the reader can interpret the graphs by themselves. No conclusion in the report is detrimental as it will help the reader to comprehend the full data set and what the users view the topic.

2. The topic itself is a social issue about whether users believe #HeadStart is a good program or not. The social topic is pretty focused as it talks about only the headstart program and doesn't lead off into something else. An improvement would be to see what other hashtags that users are tweeting with #HeadStart and see if a more popular hashtag that people use with the headstart program.

3. The visuals illustrated in the report are very basic and do not show a more interesting theme in the users. They mostly all show a pro view of the program and are either celebrating it or informing others about it. An improvement is showing a correlation between the data such as the pro and celebrating graphs to bring up new topics. It might be helpful to the reader to know what categories you added to the data in the method section instead of not discussing it at all.

4. The most vital part of the report that is missing is the data analysis and the conclusion. The data analysis helps the reader to know the breakdown of the data and its implications that is not solved by putting graphs. The conclusion helps the reader to fully understand how the #HeadStart program is broken up by users that is not encompassed by the rest of the report.

5. My final comments are to include a data analysis section, conclusion, and correlation between the data. It is also helpful to go back through the essay and fix any spelling errors or grammar mistakes. The last thing is the make the graph easier to read as the legend is really small and so is the graph.

Methods

  • I would split up that first sentence.
  • Define that "foreign language" means any language that isn't English.
  • Contains is misspelled. It's probably a typo.
  • I would say "referencing" instead of "in context towards"
  • I would say "federally funded government program" instead of "federal government funded program."

Data Analysis

  • Format this into an essay

Discussion

1. The report offer the basics to understand the hashtag of #headstart. I think something that would help draw in people to get a better understanding  would be to use primary and secondary sources. With no conclusion added to the report it is hard to get an overall feeling of what the main idea of the report is.

2. The report does not seem to state how the tweets connect with social interest. Use more information to draw in readers so they get a better stance of what the purpose of head start is and why we should be focusing on it.

3. There is no data analysis, one should be added in. I believe that the graphs have good intentions but without an explanation it's hard to understand what the actual purpose of the data is. Show the importance of each category and why they matter to your research.

4. I believe for information and data could help make the analysis stronger. Missing someone of the key topics to make this a good analysis. Add in Data analysis, Research, and Conclusions. With these missing it's hard as a reader to get the general idea of the purpose of the analysis.

5. Finish the paper, and add in more information using the tweets. Fix any spelling errors, or missing prefixes. Make sure that you tie in the tweets with the topic, so the readers get a general idea of the main reason for the analysis.

I would say offer a better intro to understanding what is a #headstart program and explaining why it is important. I also need to do a better job at explain why I picked the categories that I did for my graph.I also need to do a better job at including the purpose and look at spelling errors.
