This page guides you through some of the steps needed to gather materials to create a video poem. It then gives some guidance on using Adobe Rush to compose your poem.
If you are able to use Camtasia then you will need an alternative way of ripping the materials.
The first option to try is an online screen recorder which will be easiest to install and use:
If you go to this link: https://www.apowersoft.com/free-online-screen-recorder?__c=1 you will be asked to download a launcher program--don't download the desktop version. Once you download the launcher, you should be able to capture and save videos.
If you do not have great luck with the online version above, you can try to use the OBS recorder. This program takes a little longer to set up, but should give you lots of options once ready.
There are also other options--on a Mac, Quicktime will let you record the screen but will not capture the speaker audio. For a PC, Flashback Express seems like a good option.
Between using Camtasia, or one of the options above, you should be able to come up with a way of ripping materials.
Once you have a system in place for screen capturing, you can then use the Adobe Rush program to compose. You will need to spend some time with the tutorials and and get to know the program. Use the resources below:
