Although it sounds silly and Gen Z of me to say, this isn't something my generation does often: talk without distractions like phones or other technology. I think the product of having this quality time with peers is truly special. My classmates and I talk about things ranging from scientific evidence to personal anecdotes.

This assignment truly opened doors for my perspective on self-help books because I never would have thought I would be reading a self-help book.
