I really liked your audio essay! You did a good job of including sound effects that kept me engaged and expert audio pieces that were informative. The pacing of the narration was perfect and the tone was good in that you were able to inflect your voice at certain points you felt were necessary. Some of the volume levels of the sound effects could be adjusted for consistency, but overall I thought this was a really good draft for your essay.

Your intro music was very fitting and made me excited to listen to the rest. However, the intro music seemed a little lower in volume than your voice, as did some of the other clips you inserted. This could be for effect in order for your voice to stand out, but if you did not do it on purpose, I would probably adjust this. Your voice was excellent, it made the topic more interesting than it would have otherwise been to me personally.

I loved the music throughout the piece, and you really did a great job of making the topic interesting through your inflection. The audio clips you added worked great alongside your voice and the sources fit your narrative perfectly. This did a great job of capturing and keeping my attention.

I like the movie segments that open the piece. You can fade out the clips a bit. The narration comes through clearly. You may be able to aim for a bit more conversational feel. For some of the longer segments of narration, perhaps you can make a collage of some of the MCU films and drop the volume way down and talk over them, breaking away from the narration-movie sound-narration-movie sound pattern. The audio sample with research is working well. The Lebron clip can be woven in and edited out more smoothly. The research and clips are all strong, so working on some more ambient sound to lay under the narration, easing the transitions in and out, and getting a bit more conversational and performative feel to the voiceover will make it even stronger. Nice work.
