I like the use of background music. I wonder if the ice breaker in the beginning might be cut to get more to the core of the discussion sooner. I also wonder about the end where ageism is introduced but not taken up. Maybe there is another edit to be had there. The fade out works well. There may be some spots where speakers make B or P sounds etc. that could be cleaned up. I like the way the background music drops out when the main conversation is taking place. Toward the end, you might do a bit more dropping out of music. In general, the work with the audio quality is in good shape.
