The opening music creates a nice tone. I might lower the volume a tad more after you start narrating. Your voice and informal tone are working well. For the clips from the recording, you can likely do a bit more with noise reduction to get some of the background sound out. There may be ways of applying the equalizer or other effects to try to get more of the rich tone of the new narration into the recorded pieces. And it might be that running some of the background music super quietly under the recordings could even out things a bit. Nice work with the transitions. The story and take aways are working well, so more polishing on some of the audio aspects will make it even stronger.
