The opening music kicks the…

The opening music kicks the piece off well. You may be able to even out the volume levels a bit. For the recorded conversation, you may be able to use some effects or some more noise reduction to clean up the clips a bit. It might be that breaking up the conversation and weaving in some transitions would help to give it more of a story feel.
