Social Media has gotten extremely popular in my lifetime. I use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram a lot. I want to do a little research on the role Social Media has played in Digital Humanities. How have these platforms impacted literature, history and philosophy? I would like to cross this social media research with my culture. Being a first generation college study and american, I've learned select stuff on my Mexican culture; however, facebook has several videos from group pages such as "Pero Like" that has taught me things about Mexican History that I did not know. I would like to find a way to cross my culture, social media & the humanities.
