Constructing Digital Poetics

I'd like to write a story (or conversation) about the history of digital poetry/poetics focusing on the composition of digital poetry (as opposed to digitized poetry). I'm interested in the movement from the early versions of digital poetry, to hypertext poetry, to flash poetry, and onward to the variety of different digital poetry projects going on today. I'd like to tell this story using a lot of different digital poetry projects as examples and comparing perspective of digital poets with those of "traditional poets," who may look down on or disregard digital poetry.
